Effective August 24, 2026. This policy explains how EraseMe.lol handles information. Public messages are intentionally public; do not submit anything you want kept private.

Information we collect

We collect the message, display name, website URL, and logo you submit; purchaser email and payment references supplied by Stripe; contact or content reports; basic server, browser, device, and security logs; and a salted identifier used to limit checkout abuse. Draft form text is stored only in your browser’s local storage until you submit or clear it.

How we use it

We use information to display and archive messages, process and verify payments, prevent abuse, moderate content, answer reports, maintain security, understand site performance, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

Public information

Your message, display name, link, logo, price, and placement history may appear publicly in the current message and Graveyard. Search engines, social networks, archives, and other people may copy or cache public content even after we remove it.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site, Supabase stores application data and uploaded logos, and Stripe processes payments. When a website is supplied without a logo, our server may ask Google’s favicon service for that site’s public icon. Google Analytics will be activated only after a measurement property and required consent configuration are finalized.

Payments

Stripe receives card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We retain payment identifiers and purchaser email privately for reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.

Retention

Public Graveyard records may be retained indefinitely as part of the product. Payment, consent, moderation, and security records are retained as reasonably needed for tax, accounting, dispute, fraud, and legal purposes. Short-lived rate-limit records are routinely deleted, although cleanup timing can vary. Contact reports are kept until resolved and then as needed for accountability.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, or object to certain processing, using the contact form. We may verify your identity. We cannot always delete transaction records, legal records, or copies already cached by third parties. Rights vary by location.

International processing and security

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

EraseMe.lol is not directed to children and purchases are limited to adults. Do not submit personal information about minors.

Sale and advertising

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted payment or message data for targeted advertising. If analytics practices materially change, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

Use the contact and content-report form for privacy questions or requests. The legal operating entity and mailing address must be finalized before accepting live payments.
